Hi,

This page guides you through submitting a request related to your data to Ogury, such as a deletion, access or opt out of sale and sharing request. If you need additional help, please contact us by email at dpo@ogury.co.

Step 1: Find your identifiers

As outlined in the Ogury Advertising Privacy Policy, we don’t know who you are. We don’t hold your name, email address, phone number, postal address or anything else that could identify you. All we have is a technical identifier (a cookie identifier or a mobile advertising identifier) that tells your browser or device apart from others.

To process your privacy request, we need you to provide these identifiers so we can locate the data we hold about you.

How to find your identifiers:

  • Mobile device
    • Android: please follow the instructions from Android on how to locate your mobile advertising identifier (referred to as Advertising ID) available here.
    • iOS: a third-party tool from the App Store is required to locate your mobile advertising identifier (referred to as IDFA).
  • Internet browser
    • Click here to see your browser’s identifier.
    • Not seeing an identifier? Your browser is blocking third-party cookies. This means we won’t be able to use cookie identifiers and your data is automatically anonymized after we delivered an ad to you. As a result, we no longer process any of your data and cannot fulfil your privacy rights requests.

Each browser and device has its own identifier. If you use multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) or devices (phone, laptop, tablet), you’ll need to find and submit the identifier for each one.

Step 2: Submit your request

Email your request to dpo@ogury.co with:

  • The right you’re exercising (e.g., access, deletion, opt out of sale and sharing)
  • Your identifier(s)
  • Which mobile device/Internet browser each identifier is from (i.e., iOS, Android or Internet browser)

Provided that you submitted your request with all the required information, we will process your request without undue delay.

To prevent identity theft and misuse of your data, we may ask you to confirm your identity and/or prove you own the data affected by your request. This step depends on the type of request and our reasonable doubts about your identity.
