With 300+ employees across 12 offices in the USA, Europe and Latin America, Ogury has ambitious growth plans and is looking for a seasoned, hard charging, and dynamic leader to join their rapidly growing US team.  This individual will lead all things people related including HR, recruiting, compensation & benefits, compliance, employee relations, performance management, business partner support, culture, learning & development and office operations.  The role will manage and grow the existing team and serve as an ambassador of Ogury’s vision, mission, and values as the company grows in an agile and smart way.

Reporting to the CHRO, the Vice President, People will be responsible for leading and developing the people function throughout all US offices, while effectively enabling and managing the company’s continued rapid growth.  S/he will serve as an integral advisor to leadership on issues of organizational design, culture building, learning and development, compensation, leveling, recruiting and other HR strategy.

As a key member of the North American leadership team you will build out HR policies that support the ongoing growth and development of our organization.  You will be able build a strong and visible employer identity; working with the internal communications team to create strong employment branding.  While overseeing the Talent Acquisition function, you will develop recruitment & retention strategies beginning with the candidate experience all the way through mature employment.

You are a Human Resources professional with 10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, working closely in partnership with leaders to grow and develop their teams.  You have experience working for a fast growth company that has recruited and retained top talent.    You have worked inside of a company with a large sales team, across multiple offices. You can be fluid in switching between being a hands-on leader as well as a high-level conceptual executive.  You possess the ability to be very autonomous, creative, dynamic, and pragmatic.  You are skilled in understanding and reading people.  You are able to work with & influence key stakeholders throughout the organization.
