What you’ll do

With our growing Sales activities, we are looking for a Customer Success Post-Sales who will work on:
  • Monitoring and analysis of campaigns as part of key advertisers’ portfolio
  • Management of rebooking & upsell directly with the clients
  • Creation of best cases & best practices
  • Troubleshooting, in collaboration with the BI, Adops and Support teams
  • Participation in workshops and Quarterly Business Reviews with key clients
  • Mastering & updating your knowledge of all Ogury’s solutions

Who you are

  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent degree in Business, Communication
  • Strong appetite for advertising, digital technologies
  • You are rigorous, detail oriented, comfortable with numbers and have strong analysis abilities
  • You already held a similar experience in an advertising agency
